Look no further than our well-equipped conference room, exclusively available to clients of K Marketing Co. Our conference room offers a range of amenities to ensure your meetings run smoothly. You'll have access to a 50” smart TV, allowing you to easily connect or project from your device for seamless presentations. With seating for 4-6 people, it's the perfect setting for intimate discussions or collaborative sessions. Free Wifi is also included for you and your guests. Stay refreshed throughout your meeting with our beverages center, offering a variety of beverages and hot drinks to keep you energized and focused. Our welcoming receptionist and comfortable lobby waiting room will ensure that both you and your guests feel right at home from the moment you arrive. Our facility is also handicap accessible, includes a private restroom and ample parking. Cancellation Policy

Conference Room Terms and Conditions: 1. Staff Assistance: A K Marketing Co. staff member will be present to welcome you and your guests, offer access to the lobby and beverages, and provide basic tech support. However, we will not be present throughout your meeting or handle refreshment refills. 2. Staff Meeting Support: K Marketing Co's staff members are available at an additional charge to provide meeting support services such as taking notes, running the technical aspects of presentations, and other assistant or collaborative roles. Please contact our team to discuss your specific needs and our availability. 3. Printing and Copying Services: Printing and copying services are available upon request at an additional charge. 4. Meeting Duration: Meetings that exceed the booking limit will be subject to an additional charge of $25 per 30-minute increment. It is important to adhere to the agreed-upon booking duration to avoid additional fees. 5. Meeting Overflow: Please note that meeting overflow time may not be possible if another meeting is scheduled immediately following yours. We encourage you to book your time slot with potential overflow in mind. 6. End Time Limit: Due to staff family obligations, all meetings must conclude by 3:00 PM unless prior arrangements have been made. 7. Damage Liability: The renter is fully liable for any damage caused to the conference room or its amenities by themselves or their guests, including but not limited to the TV, conference phone, furniture, etc. Any incurred repair or replacement costs will be the responsibility of the renter. 8. Disruptive Behavior: Meetings held in the conference room should not disrupt normal business activities in the office. This includes refraining from loud noises, aggressive behavior, or misbehaving children during the meeting. Any disruptive behavior may result in the termination of the rental agreement without refund. 9. Child Policy: Any child attending a meeting must be supervised and seated in a conference room chair at all times. Children count towards the 6-person occupancy limit. Please refrain from allowing children to have food or beverages, except water, while at the facility. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation in adhering to these terms. We strive to provide a smooth and efficient rental experience for all our clients. Failure to comply may result in additional charges or termination of the rental agreement.
