Photo Release Form for a Minor for K Marketing Co.

I, hereby grant permission to K Marketing Co. unrestricted right to take photographs and video footage of my child to use these materials for any lawful purpose including but not limited to publicity, illustration, advertising, and web content.

I authorize K Marketing Co. to use and publish the images and recordings in print and/or electronically. I also authorize the use of any printed or electronic matter in which these images appear for any lawful purpose. I understand that my child's name may be used in conjunction with the images and recordings.

I release K Marketing Co. from any and all claims, demands, and liabilities whatsoever in connection with the use of the photographs and video footage, including but not limited to any claims for invasion of privacy, defamation, or compensation.

I am the parent or legal guardian and have the legal authority to execute this release. I have read and fully understood the terms and conditions of this release.
