1. Eligibility

• The giveaway is open to businesses and non-profits that wish to enter themselves or be entered by someone else.

• The business or non-profit entering or being entered must not currently be in contract with another marketing agency.

2. Entry Requirements

• To enter, participants, or the person nominating them, must complete the entry form available on our website.

• Participants must be following K Marketing Co. on social media.

• Participants must tag the business or non-profit being entered in the giveaway post.

3. Prize Details

• The prize consists of 5-hours of marketing services with K Marketing Co., valued at $575.

• The prize does not include the ordering of any physical marketing materials, platform fees, or ad spend.​

4. Terms of Use

• The awarded 5-hour marketing services must be used towards marketing needs as agreed upon with K Marketing Co. 5 hours includes meetings, communication, and revisions. 

• The prize must be redeemed within six months from the date of the winner's announcement.

5. General Conditions

• K Marketing Co. reserves the right to disqualify any entry that does not comply with these terms and conditions.

• By entering the giveaway, participants agree to these terms and conditions and to K Marketing Co.'s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the giveaway.

• K Marketing Co. reserves the right to modify or cancel the giveaway at any time without prior notice.

6. Winner Notification

• The winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries and will be notified via the contact information provided on the entry form. The winners will also be announced on K Marketing Co's social media. 

• If the winner does not respond within 72 hours of notification, K Marketing Co. reserves the right to select an alternate winner.

7. Publicity

• By entering the giveaway, participants grant K Marketing Co. permission to use their business or non-profit's name and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.

8. Limitation of Liability

• K Marketing Co. is not responsible for any technical issues, human errors, or other problems that may affect the entry process or the selection of the winner.

• By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless K Marketing Co. and its affiliates from any liability, injury, loss, or damage caused or claimed to be caused by participation in this giveaway or acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize.

By entering the giveaway, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
