Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

K Marketing Co.’s KPIs are designed to ensure clarity, alignment, and excellence, while protecting our clients, our brand standards, and the team’s workload.

    • Response time within established standards, typically one (1) business day

    • Clear communication with clients and internal team

    • On-time delivery of projects, campaigns, assets, and reporting

    • Adherence to client scope, timelines, and budgets

    • Quality and accuracy of deliverables

    • Completion of weekly, monthly, and quarterly EOS rocks and tasks

    • Meeting role-specific client hour expectations

    • Accountability to project management systems

    • Proactive problem-solving and clear escalation when needed

    • Ownership of time blocking and managing your own workload effectively

    • Ownership of projects that you are assigned the account lead for

    • Demonstrates “Give more than you receive” in actions
